Natural fermentation in concrete vessels followed by 18 months in large oak casks is the backbone of La Migoua's winemaking — a deliberately low-intervention approach that lets the vineyard speak. That vineyard sits at 300 meters on the Beausset Vieux hillside, where a geological anomaly stacks reversed limestone and dolomite layers beneath 11 hectares of garrigue-surrounded parcels, yielding complex soils with east, west, and south exposures. Mourvèdre leads the blend, with Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah from 40-year-old biodynamically farmed vines. The wine delivers wild herbs, concentrated red fruit, and a mineral-edged finish built for long aging.
