Maxime Cheurlin—who took over this historic Vosne-Romanée domaine at age 20 in 2010 after training at Domaine Emmanuel Rouget and Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur—farms this sustainably managed 0.33-hectare lieu-dit in Gevrey's northern section, just below premier cru Champeaux. The east-facing limestone parcel sits near the Combe de Lavaux entrance, where cooler air preserves freshness in vines exceeding 65 years. De-stemmed fruit ferments on indigenous yeasts over 18–21 days before 18 months in 40% new oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2022 scores 92–94 points (Jasper Morris MW).
