Dark cherry and dried violet come first, with a savory, earthy undercurrent that points straight back to source — 50-plus-year-old Pinot Noir vines in Puligny and Nuits-Saint-Georges, farmed organically. Fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wine ages 12 months in barrel with 33% new oak, then six months in tank before bottling unfined and unfiltered. Old-vine concentration from two distinct Côte d'Or sites gives this Bourgogne Rouge genuine grip and depth, finishing with fine tannin and a lingering mineral edge.
