Arnaud Mortet vinifies with 33% hand-cut whole cluster, including the central stem, ferments on indigenous yeasts, and ages in barrel at 33% new oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2023 scores 93–95 points (Vinous): crunchy red fruit, dark berry, cassis, and pepper with fine tannins, a strict linear structure, and a distinctly saline finish.
