Four generations of the Reverdy family farm 80 parcels in Verdigny overlooking Sancerre's famous hill, now managed by Jean-Marie Reverdy with wife Catherine and sons Guillaume and Baptiste, certified High Environmental Value Level 3 since 2020 for sustainable practices. This 12.5% ABV Sauvignon Blanc grows on Sancerre's classic soil types—Terres Blanches marl, Caillottes limestone, and silex flint—each contributing distinct character to the 85% Sauvignon Blanc plantings across the estate. Pale yellow with golden highlights, the wine shows white peach, pineapple, passion fruit, and floral notes on the nose, while crisp acidity and pronounced minerality on the palate reflect the limestone and flint soils' influence in the Loire's continental climate where cool temperatures preserve Sauvignon Blanc's characteristic freshness and tension.
