Domaines Bunan has farmed organically and biodynamically in Provence since brothers Paul and Pierre Bunan acquired Moulin des Costes above Bandol in 1961 — a 14.56-hectare plot on limestone, sandstone, and marl subsoils near Le Castellet. Their Petit Rouvière Rosé is a certified organic and vegan Vin de Pays du Var blending Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah. Pale Provençal pink in the glass, it delivers crisp white peach, dried herb, and citrus peel on the nose, finishing dry and mineral-driven — a no-fuss warm-weather rosé with genuine terroir behind it.
