Domaines Bunan has farmed organically and biodynamically in Provence since brothers Paul and Pierre Bunan acquired the Moulin des Costes vineyard above Bandol in 1961 — a single 14.56-hectare plot on limestone, sandstone, and marl subsoils near the medieval village of Le Castellet. Their Petit Rouvière Rosé, a Vin de Pays du Var bottling, blends Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah and is certified organic and vegan. Expect pale Provençal pink with crisp white peach, dried herb, and citrus peel aromatics, finishing dry and mineral-driven — a straightforward warm-weather rosé built on serious terroir.
