DOM PARENT CORTON LES RENARDES 2021

The 2021 Corton les Renardes Grand Cru is de-stemmed with 50% new French oak instead of the usual 100%. It has a very focused and intense bouquet with blackberry, raspberry, hints of pain d épices and bay leaf. The palate is well-defined, with fine tannins that are very supple and lithe, sweet and pure with a touch of white pepper on its discrete finish that has a very small attenuation.
