Dark cherry and dried rose petal open this regional Burgundy from Domaine Parent, a Pommard estate with roots dating to the 17th century. Sourced from village-level Pinot Noir on the limestone and clay soils characteristic of the Côte de Beaune, the wine shows the cooler continental climate in its firm structure and restrained ripeness. Anne Parent, who now leads the domaine, has been moving toward organic and biodynamic practices across their 22 hectares. Earthy undertones and a hint of spice trail into a medium-length finish with fine-grained tannins.
