Sourced from clay-limestone sites in Nolay and Meloisey, where cooler plateau temperatures slow ripening and lock in natural acidity, the organically farmed vines yield fruit with real aromatic precision. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrel with 10% new oak, it shows white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and citrus, with a linear, mineral-driven palate and a bright, clean finish.
