Domaine Alain Burguet's Bourgogne Rouge "Les Pince Vin" comes from one hectare of Pinot Noir vines on Burgundy's limestone-rich soils, where the cool continental climate and mineral terroir create the foundation for elegant, expressive wines that reflect their origins. Second-generation vignerons Jean-Luc and Eric Burguet employ organic and biodynamic farming practices established by their father Alain, who built this estate from scratch through dedication and hard work in Gevrey-Chambertin. This wine shows the precision and purity achieved through triple sorting, 100% destemming, indigenous yeast fermentation, and 18 months aging in oak barrels with minimal new wood, delivering clean, natural character with very low sulfur levels that showcases the gentle, hands-off winemaking philosophy of this respected family domaine.
