The herbicide-free vineyards average 40 years old, meticulously tended with traditional soil work, de-budding, and multiple green harvests to limit yields to 35 hl/ha. This 2020 blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec undergoes gentle extraction in small wooden vats, then ages 14-16 months in French oak on its lees.
