CHATEAU PETIT FREYLON CUVEE MICHAEL BORDEAUX 2019

Château Petit-Freylon operates in Saint Genis-du-Bois, an Aquitaine village of fewer than 100 residents located 35 kilometers from Bordeaux city. La Société PESA purchased the estate in 2011 from the Lagrange family, retaining Eric Lagrange as cellar and vineyard manager while appointing Marguerite Bienvenu as director and enlisting oenologist Grégory Dalla Longa. Investment in new tanks, barrels, and thermo-vinification systems elevated quality, earning medals at Concours Agricole Paris and Concours de Bordeaux. This 2019 Cuvée Michael blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with ripe blackberry, plum, structured tannins, and balanced acidity reflecting the improved extraction and optimal ripeness achieved through modernized facilities.
