Château Montrose in Saint-Estèphe has been shaped by three families over two centuries, farming Médoc terroir with pioneering spirit and pursuit of excellence through organic and biodynamic practices. La Dame de Montrose blends Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc from the estate's gravelly soils near the Gironde estuary, where maritime influence moderates temperatures. This second wine shows silky cherry red color, expressive red fruit, raspberry, Morello cherry, and woody notes, with powerful palate, supple texture, tight tannins, and beautiful length—balanced and accessible while reflecting Montrose's legendary terroir and pursuit of quality.
