Produced by Carthusian monks at Voiron in the French Alps, this 69% ABV elixir is built through three distinct processes: distillation, maceration, and extraction, each targeting different properties from the botanicals. It arrives in a small wooden case designed for dosing by the drop, and delivers an intense, resinous rush of alpine herbs, anise, and menthol with a warming, bittersweet finish.
