Their Chardonnay usage runs well above the regional average, and the Brut Prestige Rosé blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier before aging in historic chalk cellars 17 meters below Reims. The result is a bright pink wine with wild raspberry, fresh cherry, and red currant on the nose, a lively, medium-bodied palate, and a clean, crisp finish.
