Since 1930, the Godmé family has farmed Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages in Champagne's Montagne de Reims, with fourth-generation vignerons Sabine Godmé and Jean-Marie Guillaume managing parcels averaging 30 years old across Verzenay, Villers-Marmery, Verzy, Beaumont-sur-Vesle, and Montbré since 1994. This non-vintage Brut Rosé Grand Cru blends 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay with 40% reserve wines, aged three years with 7 grams per liter dosage. Sustainable viticulture emphasizing yield limitation, cover crops, and environmental protection produces raspberry, cassis, fresh acidity, supple body, and a long, complex finish—best served at 10°C with game birds or sweet-savory dishes.
