Quentin and Marine Vincey farm a single east-facing Oger Grand Cru lieu-dit planted in 1954 with massal-selection Chardonnay rooted in 50 centimeters of brown clay over chalk — a profile that pushes both richness and mineral tension. Grapes are pressed without sulfur, fermented on ambient yeasts in barrel with 20% new local-wood oak, with full malolactic fermentation, then aged 36 months on the lees before disgorgement at zero dosage with no added SO2, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Expect ripe pear, citrus blossom, and fresh mint with a chalky, stony texture and focused, persistent length.
