Le Grand Jardin is a single lieu-dit in Oger Grand Cru planted in 1967 to massale-selection Chardonnay, its southeast-facing slope distinguished by 80 centimeters of brown clay over chalk—a profile that adds texture and weight uncommon in the Côte des Blancs. Quentin and Marine Vincey press without sulfur, ferment on ambient yeasts in barrel (20% new, local wood) with full malolactic fermentation, age 36 months on the lees, and disgorge at zero dosage with zero added SO2, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2021 scores 93 points (Jeb Dunnuck): fresh peach, apricot, chamomile, preserved lemon, and mint with elegant, spicy mousse and real aging potential. Drink 2025–2040.
