A blend drawn from 40 parcels across varied soils around the village of Fuissé, the 2020 is aged 60% in oak and 40% in stainless steel — clay-lighter parcels and younger vines going to tank to preserve freshness. Grilled walnut and honeysuckle lead on the nose with a hint of white chocolate; the palate delivers dried honey and slate, with a spiced, lingering finish.
