Founded in 1920, Caves São João works clay-rich soils under a mild maritime climate in Bairrada, where high rainfall builds sharp natural acidity. Coming in at 11% ABV, this 2023 is best served slightly chilled, delivering strawberry, dried rose, and a whisper of spice on a fresh, lively finish.
