Four generations of Caruso & Minini have cultivated Sicily's ancient Catarratto grape in Salemi's sun-drenched vineyards, where Trapani province's sea breezes infuse natural salinity into this mineral-rich terroir. Hand-harvested in early September and crafted through gentle cryomaceration in steel tanks, this full-bodied yet refreshing white explodes with familiar fruit and floral notes reminiscent of golden mustard flowers, delivering an elegant freshness with subtle maritime minerality.
