CARTA VIEJA SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024

Eight generations of the Del Pedregal family have been making wine in Chile's Maule Valley since 1825 — one of the longest unbroken runs in the country. This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Loncomilla subvalley within Maule, where vineyards sit at roughly 2,000 feet on alluvial soils and wide diurnal swings preserve natural acidity. Winemaking prioritizes oxidation prevention throughout to lock in freshness. The wine pours pale yellow with faint green tints and opens with white currant, lime, and fresh herbs; the palate is vibrant and mineral-edged with a clean, lingering finish.
