Caravella Limoncello is produced by the Sperone family from a recipe dating to 1898, using both the juice and peel of lemons grown along Italy's Amalfi Coast — a steep, sun-drenched stretch of volcanic soil and sea air that yields intensely aromatic citrus. At 28% ABV, it balances sweet lemon juice with tart, earthy peel bitterness for a bright, clean finish. Now the best-selling limoncello in the United States, it serves well chilled as a digestivo or mixed into cocktails.
