Made from 100% Glera in Italy's Prosecco DOC, Caposaldo sources fruit from 20-year-old vines hand-picked at night to keep the grapes cool and aromatic. Fermentation happens in stainless-steel autoclave, the tank method that preserves Prosecco's fresh, floral lift. The result is bright and persistently bubbled, with citrus, green apple, and acacia blossom on the nose. A brut-style dosage keeps it dry, with lively acidity and a soft, round mouthfeel. This 187ml split pours a single flute — easy for brunch, a picnic, or a solo toast.
