CANTINA GIULIANO SUPER TUSCAN 2021

Eli and Lara Gauthier built one of Europe's only fully kosher wineries from the ground up in Casciana Alta, a small village in the Province of Pisa, sourcing grapes from both the Chianti heartland and the Maremma coast in southern Tuscany. Those two zones bring contrasting terroir — clay-limestone Chianti soils versus the sandier coastal ground of Maremma — into a single blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah, aged 18 months in French oak. The result is deep garnet with a dense nose of dark cherry, earth, and spice, filling out on the palate with red and dark fruit, forest floor, and a structured, spiced finish.
