This agricultural cooperative, established under the historic Consortium of Benevento (founded 1901), has been instrumental in preserving and elevating the indigenous varieties of Campania through rigorous vineyard selection and meticulous quality control. Their Sannio Aglianico "Fidelis" brilliantly showcases the volcanic and limestone-rich soils of this mountainous terrain, presenting a deep ruby color with captivating aromas of red fruits, tobacco, and distinctive black pepper notes characteristic of high-elevation Aglianico.
