Café de Paris Brut Rosé is built on an unusual grape trio — Chardonnay, Colombard, and Gamay — a combination rarely seen in French sparkling production, where Charmat-method rosés typically lean on Pinot Noir. Made in France using the Charmat (tank) method, secondary fermentation in pressurized steel tanks preserves freshness and keeps production costs approachable. The Gamay drives the strawberry and raspberry character, while Colombard lends bright acidity. Serve well-chilled; the light, fruit-forward profile works as an aperitif or with light charcuterie.
