BOTTER PER ORA PROSECCO DOC

Founded in 1928, Botter is a family-run Veneto winery that has grown into one of Italy's largest Prosecco exporters. Its Per Ora bottling draws Glera from the vineyards of northeastern Italy, where a temperate climate yields bright, easygoing fruit. Made in the Extra Dry style and fermented in stainless steel tanks by the Charmat method to preserve freshness and a fine, persistent bead, it pours pale straw with green apple, pear, and citrus. The palate is soft and gently off-dry, finishing clean.
