A Sicilian immigrant's 1924 bet on 68 acres of Manteca farmland — because the California Central Valley reminded Gaspare Indelicato of home — is the foundation Bota Box is built on, now four generations deep as Delicato Family Wines. The Pinot Grigio draws heavily from Lodi, where warm days and cool nights drive ripe stone fruit alongside floral lift. Produced at Delicato's certified sustainable California winery, the bag-in-box format collapses as it empties, blocking oxygen and keeping the wine stable for over a month after opening. Citrus and white peach on the nose, lemon and ripe pear on the palate, clean finish with a light mineral thread.
