The mash bill runs 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley — aged 7–9 years in open-air rickhouses before bottling non-chill filtered at barrel proof. Batch A225 comes in at 125.4 proof, opening with butterscotch, toffee, and caramel, moving into cinnamon sugar and allspice, and finishing with candy apple, oak, and clove.
