BEDFORD CABERNET NAPA VALLEY 2023

A Napa Valley Cabernet built for the dinner table rather than the cellar, aged around 20 months in French oak with roughly half new barrels. The oak frames the fruit instead of burying it, adding a roasted-coffee and mocha edge to the core. Concentrated black currant and blackberry lead, threaded with a faint floral lift, before a dry, round, warm finish.
