BARONE FINI PINOT GRIGIO 2025

The cellar here was built on the ruins of a Roman winery, which tells you how long grapes have been grown in this stretch of the Adige valley — the Bonmartini-Fini family alone has worked it for more than five centuries. Their Pinot Grigio comes off Alpine slopes between 150 and 300 meters, hand-picked and hand-sorted, then handled with as little intervention as possible to keep the fruit intact. Lemon and white flowers on the nose, honeydew and ripe apple across the palate, bright acidity and a mineral snap carrying a crisp, dry finish.
