Galilee's elevation and diurnal temperature swings make it one of Israel's most reliable sources for structured Cabernet Sauvignon, and Barkan — the country's second-largest winery — draws on these highland vineyards for its Classic bottling. Sourced from Upper Galilee, the wine is kosher certified and made to everyday-drinking specs: soft tannins keep it approachable while focused acidity gives it enough backbone to pair with food.
