Peach blossom and white nectarine come through immediately, with a creamy mousse and a faintly honeyed finish that keeps it from tipping into sweetness. This is a Piedmontese pét-nat from Avezza, blending Chardonnay and Moscato — two grapes that rarely share a bottle — grown in the hills of Piedmont where the continental climate delivers warm days and cold nights that concentrate aromatics. Bottled before fermentation completes, the wine finishes in-bottle, trapping natural CO2 and leaving a light, cloudy texture with no dosage added.
