Sourced from an undisclosed Kentucky distillery and bottled under Master Distiller Alexandra Castle's supervision, each barrel yields a different natural proof, ranging between 57.9% and 70% ABV, with a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% malted barley. Glazed pastry, rosemary, and peaches on the nose give way to mace and cinnamon on the palate, finishing with bright citrus.
