ANTINORI VILLA ANTINORI TOSCANA BIANCO 2022

The Antinori family has made wine continuously since 1385—26 generations—and Villa Antinori Bianco has been produced since the 1931 vintage, its label virtually unchanged. Grapes are cold-settled at 10°C, then fermented in stainless steel below 18°C and aged under temperature control until bottling—a method that locks in the fresh varietal character of this organically and sustainably farmed Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, and Riesling blend. Straw yellow with green highlights, the nose opens with pear, peach, green apple, and orange blossom; the palate is soft and round with crisp acidity and a clean mineral finish.
