Ripe black cherry, roasted strawberry, and violet lead the glass, with a juicy mid-palate threaded through by fine-grained tannins and a finish of spice and dark fruit. That profile traces directly to the Vista Flores site in the Uco Valley — alluvial Andean soils at 1,100 meters, 120 km south of Mendoza, where the high-altitude dry climate tightens structure while preserving freshness. The wine is a joint venture between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, sourced from 100 hectares planted at 5,500 vines per hectare. Thirty percent of the blend sees French oak; the rest goes tank-only to keep the fruit front and center.
