Clones 4, 8, 28, and To Kalon from plantings dating to 2001 undergo native yeast fermentation in open-top oak with two weeks on skins, then 22 months in 50% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered under Ad Ripa's practicing organic approach, it delivers layered black fruit, stony minerality, and polished tannins.
