Founded by passionate winemakers Bénédicte and Luc Briand, this certified biodynamic estate meticulously cultivates their vineyards with respect for biodiversity—avoiding chemical inputs while favoring natural preparations and mechanical soil maintenance. Their "Terre de 3" Anjou Blanc showcases Chenin Blanc harvested by hand from three complementary plots, each contributing unique mineral characteristics from the region's green-grey schist and rhyolite soils.
