Little Rest American Single Malt Whisky is a product of Tenmile Distillery, which is dedicated to sourcing high-quality, locally grown barley from New York State farmers. The distillery works closely with Hudson Valley Malt to process the barley into malt, and then employs a slow and deliberate process to create a light, fruity spirit. This process includes a 7-day fermentation period using specialized yeast, followed by gentle distillation in custom-designed stills under the guidance of Master Distiller Shane Fraser. Tenmile Distillery prioritizes quality over quantity, focusing on producing the best possible spirit using the finest ingredients and a team of skilled professionals. This Single Malt Whisky has mellow honey notes and flavors of vanilla and cinnamon. These influences from the oak complement the spirit’s cereal sweetness with their hints of banana/tropical fruits and slight nutty finish.
