The 2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune Aux Grands Liards comes from two parcels and matured in a prudent 20% new oak. It has a pretty, airy, red cherry and raspberry-scented bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, harmonious with a simple, lightly spiced finish. Not complex, but it displays rustic charm.
