Description
Paolo Scavino is a renowned winemaker from the Barolo region of Piedmont, Italy, where his family has been making wine since the early 1900s. He took over the estate from his father Enrico in the 1980s and is known for his meticulous vineyard management and traditional winemaking approach, producing highly acclaimed Barolo wines from top crus such as Cannubi, Bric dël Fiasc, and Rocche dell Annunziata, as well as other varieties like Barbera, Dolcetto, and Langhe Nebbiolo. Scavino s wines, particularly the Bric dël Fiasc Barolo, are sought after by collectors for their complexity, elegance, and ageability, and in recent years, his daughters Enrica and Elisa have become more involved in managing the estate alongside their father.
