Tequila

Tequila is made from the blue agave, harvested in and around the Mexican state of Jalisco, where the plant's roasted hearts are crushed, fermented, and distilled. Age determines style: unaged Blanco is bright and peppery, while oak-rested Reposado and Anejo gain caramel and vanilla. The best bottles are made from 100% agave.
