Tabor Winery, founded in 1999 by four experienced vineyard families, is located in Tabor village in the Galilee Mountains of Israel. Despite its humble beginnings, the winery has quickly risen to become one of Israel's most renowned and leading wineries, thanks to its creativity, determination, and commitment to ecological care. With vineyards strategically positioned throughout Israel, Tabor Winery enjoys diverse climates and soils, enabling the creation of a wide range of exceptional wines. Since 2012, the winery has embraced ecological standards, implementing various environmentally friendly practices aimed at nature restoration, under the supervision of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.
Very pale straw color, notes of freshly cut grass and lemon. Light in body with refreshing acidity and notes of green apples, lemon and grapefruit with hints of grass.
