LAVINEA PINOT NOIR TEMPERANCE HILL 2019

A solid pinot with crushed stones, dark berries and some raspberry undertones. Medium to full body, medium chewy tannins and a flavorful finish. Slightly powdery, almost chalky texture to the phenolics. Try after 2024 when the tannins will have softened.
