This Puligny-Montrachet from Domaine Faiveley is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The vines are planted in very rocky limestone soil and face southeast for optimal sun exposure. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, the wine offers a captivating bouquet of white flowers, vanilla, and hazelnut. On the palate, it’s direct and mineral with notes of vine peach, exotic fruits, and salted caramel.
