Domaine de la Jobeline is a family-run winery in Verzé, a historic village in Burgundy’s Mâconnais region. Established in 1915, they cultivate 11 hectares of sustainably-farmed vineyards across rolling hillsides with well-drained clay and limestone soils. This meticulous approach, alongside meticulous grape selection, ensures exceptional quality in every bottle.
Domaine de la Jobeline’s Bourgogne Aligote is a delightful white wine crafted from Aligote grapes grown in southeast-facing vineyards. The grapes undergo a natural fermentation process and mature for 8 months in stainless steel vats, resulting in a wine brimming with vivacity. Expect a bright gold color, an enticing aromatic nose, and a palate that’s light-bodied yet bursting with fresh fruit flavors. A touch of lively acidity lingers on the finish, making it a perfect pairing for seafood, fish, summer salads, or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.
