Domaine de la Jobeline’s Bourgogne Aligote is a delightful white wine crafted from Aligote grapes grown in southeast-facing vineyards. The grapes undergo a natural fermentation process and mature for 8 months in stainless steel vats, resulting in a wine brimming with vivacity.
