The Fanti family's historic San Filippo Estate, dating back to the early eighteenth century, spans 300 hectares across the sun-drenched terroir of Castelnuovo dell'Abate where their prized "Soralisa Bianco" emerges from a dramatic amphitheater of south-facing hillside vineyards situated at elevations of 350-430 meters. This distinctive Sant'Antimo white blend harmoniously combines indigenous Tuscan varieties (Vermentino and Trebbiano Toscano) with international Viognier and aromatic Malvasia, all of which benefit from the limestone-rich soils and Mediterranean climate that characterize this southern corner of Montalcino.
