This young, dynamic duo started their venture with nothing but passion and determination, transforming a humble garage operation into a respected 7-hectare estate spanning multiple prestigious appellations. This 100% Syrah showcases the distinctive character of Crozes-Hermitage with vibrant ruby hues and purple highlights. The palate unfolds with waves of fresh blackberries and sun-ripened raspberries, complemented by cracked black peppercorns and hints of wild herbs typical of the region s garrigue landscape. The wine s elegant structure features refined tannins and a refreshing acidity that carries through to a persistent finish, demonstrating the precision of wild yeast fermentation and careful oak aging.
