This unique Vin de France from Terra Vita Vinum s Rock & Schiste range is a Chenin-based solera blend, spanning vintages from 2003 to 2019, grown on Anjou Noir shales. Using the Spanish solera technique, this high-alcohol (18% vol) wine offers complex aromas of nuts, bitter citrus peel, and dried apricot, with surprisingly low residual sugar. It s recommended to serve between 6-8°C and enjoy at 10-12°C, pairing well with chicken tagine, foie gras, or chocolate desserts. The wine has potential for extended cellaring of 8+ years.
